I’m so excited to announce my latest workout plan that can be done at the gym or even at home!
Here I created an easy-to-follow 8 week plan to help women kick start to a new healthier lifestyle! Weight loss shouldn’t be boring that’s why I’m here to help!
Each week there are 3 weight training workouts: Upper, Lower and Fully Body followed with cardio options! Lots of you know I’m an outdoor walker and I’m ALWAYS recommending to walk outside for your post-workout cardio! It’s so easy and even better when you bring a friend along! Ps, if you’re in the Jacksonville, FL area I’m always getting groups of girls together to walk 6-8 mile trails- let me know if you want to join us!
This plan also includes a meal guide along with a food list so that way you can pick and choose your favorite foods! As I said before, this is a lifestyle change! You gotta love it!
