Introducing the Small Space Friendly Workout Series!
This workout series will be an 8 week at-home series designed to tone and shape your muscles in the comfort of your own home!
There will be 4 weekly workouts (including a stretch routine before each workout) that will be repeated for the next 8 weeks for maximum results.
Only equipment needed for this workout series:
Yoga mat
Set of 10-15 lb dumbbells
Set of 5-8 lb dumbbells
Each workout will consist of an 18-minute follow along video you can find over on my
YouTube Channel!
