Introducing the Marvel Workout Challenge:
This challenge will be an 8-week gym challenge designed to cater to both males and females, focusing on building and toning muscle while simultaneously shredding fat.
This comprehensive program is inspired by the strength and physique of my favorite Marvel superheroes, combining effective training principles with improvement in health: both mentally and physically.
Weekly Schedule:
Workout One: LEGS
Workout Two: SHOULDERS & ABS
Workout Three: BACK & BICEPS
Workout Four: GLUTES & ABS
Workout Five: CHEST & TRICEPS
Weekly Cardio: 120 minutes
